A fun and cute twist on an old favorite;
Imagine with me please, 3 tigers (narrators), 2 girl wolves, 3 cowgirl salesmen, 4 doctors, a mommy pig, a daddy pig, 1 big bad wolf, 2 bad wolves in training, and the three little pigs.
Our story begins as the three little pigs bid a tearful goodbye to their Mom and Dad, as they decide it is time that they should move into their very own homes. The first little pig encounters 3 beautiful cowgirl salesmen selling straw and decides that he will build his house out of straw. The 2nd little pig comes upon the same 3 cowgirl salesmen, but this time they are peddling sticks, and he decide a stick-built house is the one for him. The 3rd little pig encounters the same salesmen but this time they are pulling a loaded wagon of bricks and the 3rd pig cannot deny that a brick house will be the one for him. After the pigs have built their houses, the big bad wolf and his trainees come upon the house of straw and well; they huff and puff and blow the house down, thus sending the first little pig running for the comfort of his brothers house of sticks. The big bad wolf and trainees then find the stick-built home of the 2nd little pig and once again they huff and they puff and they blow the house down, squealing and running as fast as they can the 1st and 2nd little pigs escape the wolves only by the hair of their chinny chin chins, diving for cover in the house of Brick. By this time you can imagine that the Big Bad wolf and his trainees are a little winded, but they are so hungry for little pig that they are trying their hardest to huff and puff and blow the house down, just as they are about to pass out from lack of air, dun, dun, dun, dun, here come four wonderful Drs. with their awesome oxygen tanks to the rescue. The story of course wraps up with the pigs remaining safe and sound in their house of brick and the Big Bad wolf and trainees finding themselves without pigs and without the beautiful girl wolves.
This wonderful rendition of the classic story along with Narration and cute little songs was Zachary's first grade production, it was sooooo cute and funny, they really did a fantastic job. And hey, what mom wouldn't love to claim that her son is a Dr.!!!!
(Zacky is the Dr. that looks like he is prepared for the swine(ha ha) flu!!!)
(Quick, give them some oxygen)

Chapter 18: Dribble, Shoot, Score......
Watching Bradley play soccer is soooooooo fun. He is just a natural athlete, he makes everything look effortless. Unfortunately for him sometimes I get a little to into his games, but hey what can I say, I am a Mom. One of the things we often hear from the sidelines is how incredibly fast Bradley is, and it is so true, I have yet to see anyone be able to out run him, I love it when an opponent is clear on the other side of the field about to score when out of nowhere Bradley appears and prevents the goal. He mostly plays center midfielder, which for you non-soccer people is one of the most demanding positions on the field, you cover the entire field and there is alot of running. Okay one more quick brag and then I will be done, at the game I took these pictures at, the coach for the other team was getting so mad that his team was letting Bradley get by. He was constantly yelling for them to "watch out for that kid", so as the mom of "that kid" I just have to say it made me smile a little bigger as he was out there playing his hardest.

Chapter 17: Simply Mine
sneak.........sneak........sneak..........giggle............giggle.........giggle......whisper............whisper.............whisper............POUNCE!!!!
I awoke with the sound of 4 sets of feet, trying their hardest to walk quietly, hearing an excited giggle now and then, and 4 confused kids trying their best to come up with the perfect way to wake up their Mom. Much to their relief it was the 3 year old who decided she had had enough waiting and just pounced on her Mom, yelling for her to wake up, because their were presents to be opened, flowers to smell and breakfast to be enjoyed in bed. With all four clamoring to give me their presents first, I just had to smile at the thought that today is truly one day where they all really try hard to make my day as special as it can be. Well Kennadee won out and she actually had 2 presents for me, a candle holder she painted and an extra cute craft she made for me in Activity Days;
she also included a card that stated:
M-ost beautiful
O-nly mine
T-he one I love
H-er love is always with me
E-ncourages me
R-ules the World.
Bradley gave me a bouquet of paper flowers and attached to those were jobs he is willing to help out with around the house (excellent), and also a Mother's Day certificate that says:
This is to certify that my Mom is the greatest!
Here's why: (Bradley's words) You take our family places, you do jobs at the house, you help me with things. You cook food for me, you by gifts for me, you make me laugh sometimes, you support me at soccer games, you take me places like bookstores, and you are the greatest mom ever! I love you.
Zachary gave me a heart full of kisses(hershey's, which mysteriously disappeared), and a letter he wrote me; (in his own writing)
Dear Mom, I love you because.....She is so nice. and funny. She is a good Mom she Read's to Me evrey nite Some times my brother reads to Me and She is asoum (awesome). I Like My MOM She fede me food in the morning. And nite and she is very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very (yes 36 in total) cool! Love Zachary. (Just as a side story, Scott was explaining to the kids that for this to be a great day there was to be no fighting!!! Zachary just looked at Scott and said "That's fine Dad, just keep me away from Bradley, and DON'T make me clean anything!")
Lainee and Dad were thoughtful enough to get me flowers, which funny enough Lainee claims to have picked out herself, but I am pretty sure she was sleeping when Dad went to the store.........hum, oh well she did a good job telepathically.
Mom, the best 3 letter word there is, I am so incredibly grateful for the 4 most wonderful kids I have and that for this one day they want nothing more to do than to be at my beck and call and ask if there is anything they can do for ME. They are so incredible, I really am so lucky to be their Mom and to know that they are simply......mine!

Chapter 16: ????? Twins ?????
So some of you may already know about our twins, but for those of you who don't, I hope you enjoy this little blog. ;)
I know all of you thought that we were done having children, and just to clarify, we ARE, but sometimes funny little things happen and when you least expect it, you find yourself doubly blessed. For a little over a week now, we have had Zachary's "twin" Zane living with us. And although we have known him his whole life and see him everyday, it has just been so much fun to have him here and to have him be a "real" part of our family.
It all started when they were 3, they started noticing how similar they were, afterall they were both boys, their names started with Z, and then after the Z they both had A's, they were about the same height, and had very similar hair coloring. That is where it all started. Since then, they have become inseperable, they have their own Language, they finish each others thoughts and sentences, they have the same likes and dislikes (although some I think are self-imposed), they both think (and write) BYU rox and UTES sux on everything, they have been in the same classes since pre-school, even though in Kindergarten they were supposed to have been in different classes, they actually look alike and their mannerism are freakishly similar. Many times Maresa (Zane's mom) and I find ourselves totally baffled by how alike these boys from totally opposite parents are.
In preshool, they kept telling their teacher that they were brothers and that their parents had divorced and married each other (yes they were only 4) so for the longest time the teacher was just amazed at how well these "step-parents" got along. In Kindergarten at the first parent-teacher conference I went to, their teacher told me the story that the "twins" were telling everyone which was; that Maresa (again just Zane's mom) found out she was pregnant with twin boys and she decided that she didn't want two boys and since we lived close by she sold us one of the boys, you can imagine my face when she told me this story, I literally had to pick my jaw up off the floor, these are Kindergarteners, but if you know anything about them you know how imaginative they can be, but still, sold at birth, come on. And even now that they are in the first grade, they still hold firm that they are indeed twins and that they just live with different parents, I mean how else do you explain all the similarities?????? If I had music this is where I would interject with the twilight theme song, so for my sake sing along; do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do, 2nd verse same as the first do, do, do, do, do, do, do, do. Well at least for this week they can say that they are really twins, with the same parental figures, the same bed time, living in the same house, and doing everything TOGETHER!
